WHERE WE ARE
WELLINGTON / LOWER NORTH ISLAND CO-ORDINATOR
June came across Foster Hope when one of her sisters started fostering, and she realised how many children arrive in care with so little. It really pulled at her heart strings and she’s excited to be involved. She has seen first-hand how much of a difference the backpacks make, and also the pyjamas! She is the Operations Manager for Neos Systems, an IT company in Lower Hutt, and she is also working towards completing her business degree.
When she’s not hitting the books she loves to spend time in the outdoors, dabbling in DIY, learning to sail, or wining and dining with her family and friends. And she loves playing the role of Aunty June to her nieces and nephews.
The Wellington branch covers the Lower North Island which includes New Plymouth and Hawkes Bay, and all the way up to Gisborne.
